A Flight History

To this day and for the past 27 years, I have proudly operated a well-respected and well-known handyman business based in Contra Costa and Alameda counties. The My Handyman Company has become an icon in the community, serving over 5000 clients. Leveraging my passion for flying as a pilot, I have seamlessly incorporated my love for aviation into my successful handyman business.

Using a variety of professional drones, I capture detailed aerial photos and videos using advanced technology for various purposes like checking roofs, creating maps, generating images with accurate measurements, and monitoring construction sites. Advanced drone technology allows me to perform these operations with precision and efficiency.  Photos and videos can be easily shared with insurance companies and other appropriate professionals.

I acquired my private pilot’s license in 1982 and my UAS Certificate in 2016. I specialize in close-proximity flying.

Current aircraft: MAVIC 3Enterprise, DJI AVATA and DJI AVATA 2, DJI MAVIC AIR 3.

Why do I fly Drones?

Besides being incredibly exhilarating and enjoyable, filming and photography from the sky above provides a unique and wonderful perspective of the world below. Aside from the jaw-dropping beauty from above highly sophisticated drones now do the job of hundreds of laborers with ease and no danger of harm or injury. Drones can survey from above, spot the smallest of problems in the biggest of places and can even create a 3D replica of buildings. Drones have become an invaluable and essential tool in almost every industry today reaching $50 million.
